We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (Remote – Based in Switzerland)

Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive smarter decisions? We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven strategies and uncover meaningful trends—all from a fully remote position based in Switzerland.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Switzerland)

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting needs

• Provide actionable insights to support product, marketing, finance, and operations

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources

• Support ad hoc analysis and decision-making with clear, data-backed recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role

• Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

• Familiarity with Python or R is a strong plus

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences

• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus

• Based in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
