Designer

Kurppa Hosk is looking for a Designer to join our multi-disciplinary team in Oslo.

We are open to both junior, mid-weight and senior designers' applications.

You will be working closely with our strategists, brand and digital designers and other creatives in conceptualizing and developing outstanding brand experiences. You should be confident and take great responsibility in design projects from initial concepts to finished product with great attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Stay curious and strive to innovate. Challenge the given solution
• Forge and execute exciting design ideas and concepts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity
• Generate ideas and advocate for them to clients as well as other team members
• Stay on top of and collaborate across the agency to push creativity standards and industry trends.
  
  

Ideal Person

• Relevant education within design, bridging brand and digital work seamlessly
• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience from design work
• Demonstrated skills in relevant softwares (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite) as well as being updated and eager to learn new software.
• Experience working in a brand environment or great understanding of brand processes
• User-centered design expertise from concept to final pixel
• Fluent in English; additional languages (including Norwegian) are a plus
• Strong people skills
  
  

The job is located in Oslo, Norway but we travel often to other Kurppa Hosk offices and clients internationally for work.
