As an Analyst, Reports & Analysis, you will focus on analytics and reporting for all outsourced business activities. This role is responsible for developing regulatory, management, and board-level reports for multiple Western Union entities. You will monitor service provider performance, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and visualize and interpret data to derive actionable insights.

As an Analyst, Reports & Analysis, you will focus on analytics and reporting for all outsourced business activities. This role is responsible for developing regulatory, management, and board-level reports for multiple Western Union entities. You will monitor service provider performance, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and visualize and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, or participate in assigned reporting projects—managing the full lifecycle from design to implementation and post-rollout review.
- Generate, analyze, and maintain regulatory, management, and board-level reporting across multiple Western Union entities.
- Monitor outsourced service providers’ performance to ensure compliance with SLAs and drive accountability through accurate reporting.
- Translate business needs into data insights using Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational transparency.
- Maintain documentation, data repositories, dashboards, and reporting systems for long-term scalability.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency using tools such as Power Automate and SharePoint.
- Develop and deliver actionable insights and compelling data narratives to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Support compliance with cross-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks and ensure high data integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Computer Science).
- Up to 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Visualization.
- Proficiency in Power BI (top priority) and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate).
- Understanding of outsourcing concepts and performance metrics.
- Experience with data visualization, reporting, and basic statistical analysis.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with senior data leaders.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with outsourcing models, performance tracking, or service-level management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of data confidentiality awareness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written) with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
