We are glad to be retained by start-up, PE backed Chemical Manufacturer, specializing in the fireproofing of wood used in construction, decoration and insulation.
Our client is a rapidly growing start-up business, established in 2015 with a market first product, currently being utilized in over 2,500 projects.
With massive recent investments, the client has set their sights on global expansion, with a view to expand their foothold in the market.
Due to these ambitious growth plans, they need a Marketing Manager, based near the Vantaa region, to help them promote their products to target audiences.
Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager for Europe, your role will be to establish the marketing strategy, manage the social media accounts for the business, coordinate search engine optimization, manage campaigns and work effectively with 3rd party marketing services to coordinate and execute the strategy.
You will be a pivotal part of the growth project in the coming years, with a view to grow the company’s foothold in the European market.
Your experience and qualifications:
To thrive in this position, you must be comfortable working independently and navigating in a work environment where two days are seldom the same.
In addition, we imagine that you have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in campaign management.
- Bachelors in business-related or marketing studies extensive experience in a similar role is also valuable.
- Clear communicator who can liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record within a content creation, campaign management and social media marketing.
- Experience in SEO coordinating.
- Previous experience with Hubspot is an advantage.
- Experienced in budget management within marketing campaigns and ad spend.
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Finnish or German is an advantage.
- A hybrid working model is available for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Creating content using existing references and case studies to aid in the sales process.
- Working closely with the sales team to create a marketing strategy and target clients.
- Managing professional websites such as LinkedIn and keeping it up to date.
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns with a 3rd party agency to drive the growth of the company.
- Utilize new and existing clients to create sales support documents as promotional materials.
- Coordinate search engine optimization of online platforms and websites.
- Creating content to utilize on online platforms and physical marketing.
