Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support the rollout of a data reduction system for a major pharmaceutical client. You will join our Data Strategy & Reduction Group, collaborating with scientists, lab managers, and technicians to capture key requirements, support platform adoption, and help create efficient data management solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the data reduction system implementation.
• Assist in creating user stories and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand laboratory data workflows and reporting needs.
• Support testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure they align with user needs.
• Contribute to data visualization efforts by designing dashboards and reports based on user insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers) for seamless project delivery.
• Help develop simple data reduction workflows.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the system.
• Support documentation efforts, including process maps, requirements documentation, and training guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of data management, data visualization, and analytics.
• Experience in object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with Tibco software platform for data visualization is a plus.
• Exposure to tools like Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and transform business needs into actionable solutions.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Willingness to travel to the office at least once a week.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
• Familiarity with laboratory workflows and scientific data management is a plus.

Contract Details

• 6-12 month contract (extendable)
• Daily Rate 200-250€ (Depending on Experience)
• Start Date: May 2025
• Work with leading Pharma
