Back-End Developer (Python) for AI Agent

We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining our backend infrastructure for AI products.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable backend systems
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that facilitate communication between AI agents and other system components
• Discuss, estimate and plan key milestone deliverables with peers
• Conduct continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics
• Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible
  
  
  

What We Expect

• 3+ years of experience building backend systems with Python
• Experience in FastAPI
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles
• Understanding of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code
• Previous experience building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up
• Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions
• Experience with chatbots, NLP, and ML is a big plus
