What You’ll Do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs

• Support decision-making with data modeling and predictive analysis

• Ensure data quality and governance across internal systems

• Translate business questions into analytical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools

• Experience with Python or R is a strong advantage

• Knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and A/B testing

• Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex findings clearly

• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
