Role overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful multimedia content that brings our brand to life across various digital and print platforms. From concept development to final execution, you will produce high-quality videos, animations, graphics, and other creative assets that align with our brand identity and strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, exceptional design quality, and timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Multimedia Content Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling multimedia content—including videos, animations, and digital assets—from ideation to final delivery.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Develop dynamic animations and motion graphics that enhance user engagement and elevate visual storytelling.
• Graphic Design: Contribute to the creation of cohesive visual assets for both digital and print formats, supporting promotional and marketing efforts while maintaining consistency with the MultiBank brand identity.
• Video Production: Collaborate with team members to plan, film, and edit video content—including promotional pieces, tutorials, and corporate materials—contributing throughout the entire production process to ensure high-quality results.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, copywriters, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver multimedia solutions that meet strategic goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is visually polished, technically sound, and optimized for web, mobile, social and printed platforms.
• Trend & Tech Awareness: Stay up to date on design trends, new technologies, and evolving software to continuously innovate and enhance content.
• Feedback Integration: Actively incorporate feedback to refine and improve multimedia outputs.
• Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in motion graphics, graphic design and video editing across diverse platforms.
• Expertise in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other animation or design software (e.g., Blender, Creatopy).
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and creative direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Solid understanding of platform-specific content optimization and multimedia best practices.
• Adaptability and a passion for learning emerging tools, techniques, and technologies in the multimedia space.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering error-free, high-impact content.
