3D Visualizer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an expert with 5+ Years in CGI Artist / 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic marketing team. As an integral part of our creative group, you will specialize in producing high-quality 3D visualizations and animations that push the boundaries of realism for Dubai’s high-end real estate properties. Your role will involve transforming architectural plans into immersive, photorealistic 3D environments and visuals, blending artistic vision with cutting-edge CGI technology to bring unbuilt properties to life. You will be responsible for creating immersive walkthroughs, dynamic CGI/VFX sequences, and delivering visually stunning content to support our marketing initiatives and property campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create highly detailed 3D models of architectural designs, interiors, and exteriors. You will be

expected to produce photorealistic visualizations, integrating precise textures, lighting effects,

and accurate proportions based on architectural plans or concept designs.

- Develop CGI-driven effects such as smoke, lighting, particle systems, and environmental

simulations. Produce animations like camera flythroughs, day-night lighting simulations, and

architectural walk-throughs. Implement dynamic visual effects that elevate the look and feel of

marketing campaigns.

- Use industry-standard rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Redshift to render scenes

with physically accurate lighting, reflection, refraction, and material simulation. You will have to

ensure that each render reflects the true lighting conditions of the space, from natural daylight to

artificial lighting scenarios.

- Handle the post-production process, integrating CGI renders into video assets using After

Effects, Nuke, or similar software for compositing. Apply color grading, lens effects, and

additional CGI layers such as motion graphics or animated graphics to add finishing touches to

your visuals.

- Design hyper-realistic environments, including outdoor landscapes, cityscapes, and interior

settings. Master the integration of natural and artificial elements to make these environments truly

immersive. You will need to set up scenes for architectural renders, ensuring proper scaling,

camera angles, and visual storytelling.

- Manage 3D models, textures, and assets by maintaining organized libraries for future use.

Optimize assets for better performance, ensuring a balance between visual quality and rendering

time. You will be responsible for the integrity of project files and ensuring all deliverables adhere

to technical specifications.

- Work closely with marketing managers, graphic designers, videographers, and other

departments to ensure that your CGI output aligns with the overall branding and narrative of the

property campaign. Provide creative feedback to enhance visual storytelling through CGI

integration.

- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure renders are free of errors and that lighting, textures,

and animations are polished to a high standard. Oversee the final output and conversion to

required formats (e.g., 4K resolution, HDR formats) for use across multiple media platforms

(social media, websites, presentations, etc.).

Technical Skills Required:

- 3D Modeling & Animation Software:

- Autodesk 3ds Max or Maya (for 3D modeling and animation)

- Cinema 4D (for 3D motion graphics and visualization)

- Blender (for open-source, customizable 3D design)

- Proficiency in modeling, texturing, rigging, and lighting environments

- Rendering Engines:

- V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Redshift (rendering photorealistic lighting, materials, and reflections)

- Arnold (if applicable, for advanced rendering techniques)

- Knowledge of GPU-based rendering for faster results

- Post-Production & Compositing Software:

- Adobe After Effects (for compositing CGI into video content)

- Adobe Premiere Pro (for video editing and integration of CGI with live-action footage)

- Nuke or Fusion (for more advanced compositing)

- Photoshop (for texture creation and image enhancements)

- Real-Time Rendering & Game Engines:

- Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity for creating real-time visualizations and virtual

walkthroughs.

- Knowledge of real-time lighting and rendering techniques

- VR/AR exposure (ideal but not essential for showcasing in interactive experiences)

- CAD & Architectural File Handling:

- Expertise in handling Autocad (DWG), Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino files for importing designs

- Ability to convert 2D CAD files into 3D models

- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints to maintain accuracy

- Scripting & Automation (optional but advantageous):

- Knowledge of MaxScript (for automating repetitive tasks)

- Experience with Python or Mel Script for procedural modeling or customized workflow

automation

- Additional Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and visual consistency

- Advanced knowledge in texture mapping, displacement maps, and HDRI lighting

- Familiar with camera tracking and motion capture techniques for integrating CGI into video

Good to Have:

- Experience with real estate or architectural visualization, especially in Dubai's luxury market

- Proficiency in creating real-time environments for VR walkthroughs

- Experience in building interactive 3D models or AR applications

- Understanding of UI/UX principles for integrating CGI into real-time applications or marketing

tools

- Experience in creating cinematic effects (e.g., lens flares, realistic motion blur) for film-like

experiences

- Familiarity with drone footage tracking for integration with CGI to enhance video content
