Product Manager

Job Summary

A central part in turning bold ideas into high-performing real estate products that align with company’s vision and evolving market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Generate and develop product concepts based on functionality, market trends, and client needs.

▪️ Monitor the Dubai and Abu Dhabi residential and commercial real estate market.

▪️ Research customer behavior and translate insights into actionable product features.

▪️ Define clear technical and aesthetic requirements.

▪️ Plan and manage the entire product development process from concept to execution.

▪️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants.

▪️ Ensuring that design and construction comply with the approved product concept and quality standards by reviewing and providing recommendations.

▪️ Support marketing and sales with accurate and consistent product information.

▪️ Maintain internal product standards and organize structured data for future projects.

Who You Are:

▪️ You’re strategic, creative, and detail-oriented. You understand how to turn research into results, and you’re comfortable leading ideas from inception through execution.

▪️ You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Architecture.

▪️ You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry - either in sales, marketing, or analytics - focused on residential and/or commercial properties in the business, premium, or luxury segments.

▪️ You’ve spent a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

▪️ You have strong skills in graphic editing software, as well as tools like MS Project and Excel, which you use to conduct research, create sketches, and develop informed recommendations.
