Cyber Security Analyst

Position: Cyber Security Analyst

Compensation: $ 40 - 45 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join their team!

Step into an exciting role where you will tackle cyber security incidents and responses, ensuring the corporate office runs smoothly and securely. This is a fantastic opportunity to work against two other firms as a favor from the manager, making it crucial to act fast and secure top-tier candidates. The position is open to enhance the security measures and bolster the team’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Respond to security tickets and phishing emails


• Manage CrowdStrike tool deployments and updates


• Handle firewall configurations and maintenance


• Conduct vulnerability management processes


• Utilize SIEM tools for security monitoring


• Implement and manage PAM solutions


• Analyze and respond to SPLUNK alerts


• Participate in quarterly security trainings

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with security-specific tickets


• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike tool


• Firewall management experience


• Proficiency in vulnerability management


• Experience with SIEM tools


• Knowledge of PAM solutions


• Experience using SPLUNK

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in creating phishing campaigns


• Initiative and drive to learn
