We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator who has had experience in the Australian Financial Services sector, for a temp to perm role based in Sydney.
This role is to start ASAP, so no one with a 4 week notice period is able to apply.
As the role will convert to permanent you must have full working rights (no WHV please).
Your new role
- First POC for all HR queries (managing HR inbox) including on payroll, awards, EBAs and entitlements
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with legislation
- First POC for all RISK queries, managing policies and procedures in relation to employee due diligence, as well as being the HR representative for risk and compliance and financial crimes
- Manage offboarding, people movement and updating org charts
Role requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally in an Australian Financial Services organisation
- Must currently be living in Sydney, with full working rights (as this role will convert to perm)
- Must be available to start immediately
