Are you a skilled Squad Lead with a passion for agile delivery and digital transformation? A major government organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead a delivery squad.

About The Role

As Squad Lead, you will oversee the coordination, execution, and successful delivery of projects within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. You will ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multi-disciplined squad including Technical Specialists, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Testers
Oversee agile delivery of a Digital Transformation Program and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters
Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
Identify and resolve impediments to ensure efficient project execution
Provide technical guidance and support team members in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

About You:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

10+ years of experience working in agile and waterfall environments within software design and development
Certified Scrum Master with extensive experience leading agile teams
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set vision, take ownership, and drive project success
Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, React) with Pega experience preferred
Advanced competency in Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Understanding of system integrations, microservices, and APIs
