The tasks:

• Design, develop and maintain backend features in a classic Java environment
• Work with Spring and Hibernate to enhance functionality, performance, and scalability
• Optimise database structures and support long-term product evolution
• Collaborate in a cross-functional Scrum team focused on continuous delivery
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements

Desired profile:

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong skills in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and relational databases
• Fluent German – development discussions are conducted entirely in German
• Motivated, curious, and ready to work on topics you enjoy
• Comfortable working in IntelliJ, with active use of AI features to speed up coding and research
• Familiarity with CI/CD and agile workflows is a plus

Hybrid model: 2 days per week in their Frankfurt office (Monday is required; second day is flexible).
