Senior Data Analyst – Commercial Focus

📍 Location: Dublin (Hybrid-3 days in the office)

We are now looking to hire two Senior Data Analysts with strong commercial experience, to join a high-performing, global-facing data and analytics team. These roles will directly support the business in driving insights across sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and client reporting.

Our client is already managing complex data sets from various global hubs, and is now entering a strategic phase of deeper international integration – with data positioned as a core driver of growth over the next five years.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and maintain commercial metrics and KPIs
• Build compelling dashboards using Power BI and SQL
• Deliver custom client-facing reporting and support internal analytics needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams, including Sales, Account Management, and IT
• Automate data workflows and improve existing processes using Python or Alteryx
• Work with diverse data sources, including Snowflake and other data warehouses
• Document data methodologies and offer help-desk style analytics support where needed

What You Bring:

• 6–10 years' experience in data analysis, commercial analytics, or reporting
• Advanced SQL, Power BI, Python (and/or Alteryx- this is a plus!), and data modelling expertise
• Proven ability to integrate data from multiple global sources and present insights clearly
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, particularly in sales and commercial environments
• Experience with Snowflake and Salesforce is a plus
• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or similar
