Salesforce Commercial Data Analyst

You will join a Commercial Analytics team responsible for defining business metrics & awareness requirements and delivering data insights that impact on the commercial decisions within the company. In this role you will assist and influence revenue by providing key data insights and ensures analytics is focused on enhancing and growing the profitability of the company.


Gather the DATA – Understand the DATA - Challenge it and TELL THE STORY creating clear visions and stories, track and understand KPIs, complete analyses and work with the teams to drive GTM conclusions.


The role influences revenue and profit by improving pipeline conversion, win rates, retention focus, and commercial productivity through decision-ready insights that guide prioritization, coverage, and execution. It supports cost control and margin performance by enabling more efficient allocation of sales effort, reducing wasted activity, and improving targeting of high-value opportunities. By gatekeeping and prioritizing analytics demand and tracking adoption and decision impact, the role ensures analytics capacity is spent on work that materially improves overall commercial results.


  • The ideal candidate will have good experience in commercial data analytics and reporting, excellent stakeholder engagement and management, strong communications skills, act as the bridge between the business and how analytics can assist.
  • Systems - Salesforce and MS Power BI


You will

  • Produce and present commercial data insights and KPI understanding – pipelines, proposal win/loss ratios, territories, sales performance and measurement.
  • Support sales leaders key priorities including how to interpret results, understand drivers, and convert data insights into real actions.
  • Take ownership of a range of key commercial data insights features / products.
