You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Enhancing Ignitis Group’s brand presence in Latvia
• Leading integrated marketing communication projects (ATL, BTL)
• Developing and executing digital, social media, and content marketing strategies
• Collaborating with project-related parties (agencies, business partners, designers, and others)
• Monitoring integrated campaign efficiency, ROMI
• Working in the local marketing and communication team, collaborating with international colleagues
  
  
  

Required for this position:

• At least 5 years of experience in the marketing field
• Experience in planning and managing integrated marketing communication projects and budgets
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly
• Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising, as well as experience with digital analytics and reporting tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication skills, preferably with experience working in an international corporate environment and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners

Salary range for this position group: is 2196 to 3295 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
