As a Project Manager in our Smartsourcing Delivery team, you’ll lead complex initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring seamless integration and tangible results. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project implementation, from initiative framing to team setup.
• Establish meaningful project structures and governance for complex project portfolios.
• Regularly engage with senior stakeholders across global teams.
• Provide expertise in project planning, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.
• Manage project resources efficiently, including task allocation and prioritization.
• Act as a facilitator, mobilizing project contributors appropriately and managing transversal issues.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to project team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.

Technical Skills:

• Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful messages to senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent command of English (French is a plus).
• Previous experience in investment banking or management consulting is an advantage.
