We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to support our IT team with software and infrastructure project management. You will be responsible for planning, tracking, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, change and risk management.

Location: Bucharest (Hybrid work from home and office, with occasional visits to plants in Popesti and Dragomiresti)

Contract Type: Project-based (6 or 12 months) with the possibility of becoming permanent

Main Activities:

• Project Management for Software & Infrastructure (planning, activity tracking, assigning owners)
• Stakeholder Management (status reporting, weekly updates, risk identification)
• Vendor Management
• Change Management
• Risk Management

Main Requirements:

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) for international communication.
• Experience with project management techniques (discovery, planning, execution), negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT Infrastructure or the ability to quickly learn new technical categories.
• Experience in multi-geography, cross-cultural environments within complex organizations.
• Basic technical knowledge: Windows Server skills, UPS, switch/router console connectivity, WAN skills, network diagrams, cabling.

Nice to Have:

• ITIL, PMP certification
