Program Manager

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Program Manager, to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

Scope of role

The primary objective of the ERP program is to successfully implement Microsoft Dynamics to support core business processes in sales, procurement, and finance. This request aims to secure an experienced project leader to oversee and ensure the fulfilment of this objective.

The scope of the role includes taking over the current project leadership responsibilities and integrating into the existing project structure and governance framework. The individual will be responsible for maintaining project cadence, resolving both operational and strategic questions, and facilitating effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

The role also involves engagement with stakeholders, resolving process questions and ensuring timely delivery. A critical component of this position is ensuring that the solution aligns with the evolving business model and operational goals. Strong communication, structured governance, and disciplined change management will be essential to meeting the October go-live deadline.

Knowledge/Experience

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in ERP implementations, particularly within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Demonstrated ability to lead under high-pressure conditions and manage large-scale system integrations is essential.
