Game Designer

We are looking for talented Game Designers for our partner in the mobile gaming industry — a fast-growing studio that blends creativity, player-centric design, and data-driven thinking to build highly engaging mobile titles. Their mission is to craft games that players genuinely enjoy coming back to, by bringing together brilliant minds across design, product, and engineering.

As a Game Designer/Product Owner, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the vision, systems, and features of upcoming and live mobile games. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative gameplay design and product strategy — and loves building experiences that grow over time through iteration and data.

Responsibilities

• Own the gameplay and product direction for one or more mobile titles (live or in development)
• Design engaging core loops, progression systems, in-game economies, and player journeys
• Translate creative ideas into detailed specs and documentation for developers, artists, and analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (art, engineering, analytics, live ops) to bring features to life
• Monitor player behavior and game KPIs to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization
• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and contribute to long-term Live Ops planning
• Be the voice of the player — from first-time user experience to long-term mastery

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Game Designer, Product Owner, or similar role in mobile games
• Strong knowledge of game systems, player motivation, and free-to-play design principles
• Experience with balancing game economies, reward systems, and player progression
• Solid understanding of analytics tools and how to interpret product KPIs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
