We are looking for a Managed Services Scrum Lead (HR BI).

You’ll coordinate and drive the HR Business Intelligence team for a global corporation, acting as the single point of contact for our client and ensuring the delivery and maintenance of high-quality HR analytics solutions. You’ll implement and refine agile practices, manage incident tickets and SLAs, and collaborate closely with a Tech Lead and BI specialists working with Power BI, Matillion, and Snowflake.

This role gives you the autonomy to shape the managed service model, influence team workflows, and introduce best practices, all within a flexible, Scandinavian work culture that values innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

Your expertise in HR processes, BI environments, and agile methodologies will be key to fostering a collaborative, high-performing team and ensuring client satisfaction.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract

• UoP: 13 000 – 16 000 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 110 – 140 PLN net/hour + VAT
  
  

You Might Be The Perfect Match If You Are/have

• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Proven experience working in the HR domain, with a strong understanding of HR processes and analytics;
• Hands-on background in Business Intelligence environments, having worked closely with tools such as Power BI, Matillion, and Snowflake-preferably as part of a BI, data engineering, or analytics team;
• Solid grasp of Agile principles and practical experience implementing Scrum methodologies, including facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and promoting iterative delivery;
• Experience managing incident and maintenance ticket flows, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance in a managed services context;
• Ability to coordinate and allocate tasks within a cross-functional team, collaborating effectively with Tech Leads and specialists;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills-capable of acting as a single point of contact for clients and aligning the team around shared goals;
• Assertiveness and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement;
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for effective client and team collaboration.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) or equivalent Agile credentials are highly desirable.
