🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🗺️ Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to strategic objectives and user needs
• 🧠 Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and business goals to prioritise features
• 🤝 Collaborate with designers, engineers, and analysts to build and iterate digital products
• 🌀 Work within Agile frameworks to manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint cycles
• 📊 Use data-driven insights and KPIs to evaluate performance and improve the product
• 📣 Engage stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and transparency
• 🔒 Ensure all digital solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and accessibility standards
• 👥 Advocate for a user-centric approach and promote digital innovation

🧾 About You

• ✅ Solid experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar digital leadership role
• 🔁 Proficient in Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
• 📱 Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products end-to-end
• 📈 Comfortable using analytics, research, and experimentation to guide decisions
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• 🏛️ Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance) is a plus
