π― Key Responsibilities
- πΊοΈ Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to strategic objectives and user needs
- π§ Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and business goals to prioritise features
- π€ Collaborate with designers, engineers, and analysts to build and iterate digital products
- π Work within Agile frameworks to manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint cycles
- π Use data-driven insights and KPIs to evaluate performance and improve the product
- π£ Engage stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and transparency
- π Ensure all digital solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and accessibility standards
- π₯ Advocate for a user-centric approach and promote digital innovation
π§Ύ About You
- β Solid experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar digital leadership role
- π Proficient in Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
- π± Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products end-to-end
- π Comfortable using analytics, research, and experimentation to guide decisions
- π£οΈ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ποΈ Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance) is a plus
