Digital Project Manager

Our client, a Digital agency, is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering complex, high-impact digital projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-profile digital projects including websites, applications, digital campaigns, and platform enhancements.
• Engage with clients to capture detailed technical and business requirements and translate them into actionable project scopes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—technical, UX, and creative—to deliver scalable and innovative digital solutions.
• Prepare accurate project quotes and technical solutions in coordination with discipline leads.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including technical specifications, risk registers, change logs, and user training materials.
• Lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Communicate project risks, timelines, and budgets clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials and resource allocation using tools such as Workbook.
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high product standards.
• Mentor team members, offering technical guidance and encouraging continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital project management within an agency or similar environment, with at least 3 years in a technical PM role.

Required Skills

• Strong technical understanding of web technologies and the full digital development lifecycle.
• Proven track record managing complex digital builds and working with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in project management tools, particularly Confluence, JIRA, and Workbook.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
