Project Manager

Planet Pharma are working with a global pharmaceutical client who are seeking a Project Manager to support Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) readiness in response to evolving EU HTA regulations. This role focuses on project planning, stakeholder coordination, workflow optimization, and ensuring timely, high-quality JCA dossier submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage timelines and workflows for JCA preparation using project tracking tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on JCA strategies.
• Visualize new processes and integrate them with Market Access, HEOR, and regulatory planning.
• Support training initiatives, process development, and compliance efforts.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and manage key reporting outputs for stakeholders.

Key Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years in pharma, healthcare, or consulting (Market Access, HEOR, regulatory).
• Strong project management and process optimization expertise.
• Understanding of HTA processes, evidence synthesis, and EU healthcare frameworks.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills to work across teams.
