A leading tech company in the financial services sector is hiring a Senior SDET to support a secure, cloud-based platform that simplifies case processing and digital document workflows for global users.

Role Highlights:

• Drive test automation strategy across API and UI layers
• Analyse code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
• Implement and advocate for BDD/TDD methodologies
• Develop performance dashboards and lead performance tuning efforts
• Guide teams through demos, testing cycles, and automation planning
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-market

Ideal Candidate Has:

• 6+ years of experience in SDET or test automation roles
• Proven success leading test teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong programming and scripting skills
• Expertise in test frameworks, performance testing, and application development
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, architecture patterns, and quality gates
