Graphic Designer (Emiratization)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Graphic Designer to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. This dual-role position requires a highly organized individual with a flair for design and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including but not limited to digital graphics, social media content, branding materials, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful designs that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.

- Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.

- Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across platforms.

- Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Freshers or Minimum 1 year of graphic design and administrative experience in the UAE.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

- A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work is mandatory.

- Experience with video editing tools is a plus.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Core Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
