Join the Wireless Logic Adventure as a Senior Software Engineer (full stack)!

(Please note that this is a remote role based in Poland)

Join our Polaris squad as a Software Engineer (full stack) in our Product Experiences domain. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team including Product Manager, Engineering Lead, and fellow engineers to build the cornerstone of our product going forward.

Your journey begins with defining our Design System, this foundation will influence all future product development. From there, you'll help build our AI & Analytics platform that will empower businesses with:

Key Responsibilities: 🌎

• Design, develop and maintain complex user interfaces and web applications (Angular, React)
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and EDAs (Node, Kafka)
• Implement advanced authentication, authorization and security measures
• Translate UX designs or wireframes into efficient, reusable code and component systems
• Lead CI/CD strategy with wider-team and colleagues
• Ideate and drive improvements to performance and business metrics
• Collaborate with your colleagues and be a strong team player and mentor
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Continuously grow yourself, the team and organisation

Key Experience & Skills: 🍨

Required

• Vast experience implementing and maintaining frontend frameworks
• Polished style — expertise working with scalable CSS, Design System and Headless UI
• Built and maintained production applications end-to-end with proven success
• Expert in designing predictable, maintainable client state management
• Advanced skills in optimising application performance (frontend & backend)
• Designed and refined complex APIs (REST, GraphQL)

Preferred

• Built and architected microfrontends that communicate and share state
• Led CI/CD pipeline integration and optimisation
• Developed traditional server-side applications at scale

Nice to have

• Designed asynchronous processing and messaging systems
• Led data migration and transformation processes
