We’re Hiring: Remote Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Switzerland-based)

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models for various applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems)

• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production systems

• Optimize machine learning pipelines and experiment with novel algorithms

• Stay up to date with the latest research and apply cutting-edge techniques

• Contribute to model explainability, evaluation, and ethical AI practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning

• Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.)

• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and deployment

• Understanding of deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML Ops practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)

• Must reside in Switzerland and be eligible to work remotely
