Green IT Functional Consultant (French speaker)

Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Green IT Functional Expert:

• Organize and animate the Sustainable IT Steering Committee (CoPil) to guide and track the strategy.
• Monitor Green IT indicators via the SOPHT solution and ensure follow-up of the IT carbon footprint.
• Contribute to achieving 2025 group sustainability targets and define a trajectory for IT decarbonization.
• Design and roll out a Sustainable IT training path; organize awareness sessions and workshops to embed eco-responsible practices in day-to-day IT activities.
• Define and support implementation of responsible policies for IT equipment usage and renewal.
• Collaborate with HR to analyze current diversity practices within the IT function and propose improvement actions.

How do we imagine our future Green IT Functional Expert?

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or functional IT roles, ideally with exposure to sustainability topics.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
• Sensitivity to environmental and social responsibility issues.
• Familiarity with Green IT best practices and carbon tracking tools like SOPHT.
• Understanding of IT equipment lifecycle management and digital impact awareness (e.g., megabyte usage).
