Technical Support Engineer (Solar Inverter + EVCS + Portable Power Station)
Work Location: Buenos Aires Province (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for products in Argentina. Ensure prompt response and efficient resolution to customer requests, and travel for on-site service when required.
2. Instruct installers on product installation, monitoring, maintenance, and other procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards.
3. Organize and translate technical documents. Collect and analyze competitors’ product and service information, and provide systematic feedback to HQ for improvement.
4. Conduct customer training for retailers, installers, etc., covering product operation, warranty procedures, and technical guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Preferred majors: Electronics or related disciplines. Prior experience in electronics-related roles is a plus.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
4. Self-motivated, conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
5. The primary work location is Buenos Aires.
