Seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology transformation initiatives within the public sector. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
Stakeholder Management:

Technical Expertise:

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager in a highly governed industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
