Cyber Security Consultant

We’re currently looking for a Team of Cybersecurity Consultants (freelance) to support a high-impact project with a major international organization:

Duration: 01/06/2025 – 31/12/2025

Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid Working)

Languages: English (C1+ level required)

Contract Setup: Ideally need to have own SARL or Company in the EU setup

Context:

We are assembling a multidisciplinary consulting team (Project Managers & Business Analysts, senior and intermediate levels) to support the enhancement of a large-scale technical security program, with a strong focus on compliance and best practices in line with ISO/IEC 27k, DORA, and ISMS frameworks.

Scope Includes:

• Vulnerability Assessment & Management
• Security Testing & Validation
• Compliance support (ISO/IEC 27k, DORA, NIST, etc.)
• Secure coding, OWASP Top 10 remediation
• Project and Program Coordination (PM² or equivalent)
• Policy and Procedure Development
• KPI/KRI tracking, risk exposure analysis
• Cross-functional collaboration with large international teams

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity program management or analysis (3–7+ years)
• Hands-on penetration testing & secure coding knowledge
• Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks: ISO/IEC 27k, DORA, NIST
• Understanding of OWASP, secure infrastructure, and risk mitigation
• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
• Experience working in large, international organizations (1000+ staff)
• Comfortable with collaborative platforms: MS Teams, SharePoint, Livelink
