Product Manager (Chillers)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (or Director-level talent) to lead the development of chiller and airside products specifically designed for data center environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands energy-efficient cooling, data center infrastructure, and has strong product management experience.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for chillers and airside systems used in data centers
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing to develop high-performance, scalable cooling solutions
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to create cutting-edge, efficient products
• Engage with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful go-to-market launches
• Define technical specs related to cooling capacity, PUE, energy efficiency, and next-gen cooling technologies
• Ensure compliance with international standards like ASHRAE, LEED, AHRI, and regional energy regulations
• Interface with key customers and translate feedback into product improvements

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC/chiller systems; 4+ years specifically in data center cooling
• Proven success in managing technical B2B products across full lifecycle
• Deep understanding of chiller types: air-cooled, water-cooled, centrifugal, screw, and scroll
• Familiarity with FCUs, HGUs, hot/cold aisle containment, hybrid cooling systems
• Knowledge of energy efficiency metrics (PUE, COP) and sustainability practices
• Strong skills in project management, market analysis, and stakeholder communication

• Understanding of Uptime Institute, TIA-942, and global data center standards
