Fintech Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and maintain potential clients, driving the sales of the company's digital asset custody solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through phone calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand client needs, tailor solutions, and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Participate in and assist with market activities, industry exhibitions, and other sales promotion events.
• Regularly report sales performance and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain awareness of leading market developments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, or Information Security.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience, with preference given to those with experience in digital assets, blockchain, or fintech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from different countries.
• Strong customer orientation and sales mindset, capable of providing customized services based on client needs.
• Ability to handle sales pressure and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) in speaking, reading, and writing.
