Human Resources Operations Coordinator

Role:

• We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR Centralized Shared Services team.
• You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional employee experience by managing HR operations efficiently and ensuring seamless collaboration across regional teams in JAPAC, SG, and EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Address Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR inquiries with a commitment to excellent service.
• Resolve issues proactively, escalating as needed, and provide long-term solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Workday).
• Perform tasks such as employment verification, payroll coordination, and documentation preparation.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Work closely with payroll, finance, and tech teams to streamline processes.
• Partner with HRBPs to support regional initiatives and workflow coordination.
• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality.

Required Skills:

• 1 year of HR operations experience, preferably in a multinational technology organization.
• Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including benefits, payroll, and employee programs.
