About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong technical expertise, a client-centric mindset, adaptability, and a proven track record in strategic business analysis.

As a key member of our strategic team, you will serve as a trusted partner for our product portfolio (OTT, SaaS), ensuring an added-value experience for internal and external clients worldwide (this role may require international travel).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading go-to-market strategies either for internal clients or through consulting, with a holistic and systemic vision—designing operational workflows that include processes and teams. (must-have).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields. (must-have). MBA or postgraduate studies is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse target markets.
• Prior experience in tech-driven companies/projects (e.g., OTT, Cloud, Blockchain, E-commerce, Fintech, Media, Streaming).
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing data across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Ability to strategically guide clients toward best practices and long-term success.
• Prior experience in B2B2C markets and understand both offline and online ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel internationally (15–20 days per year or more).
• Advanced English (mandatory); advanced Spanish (nice-to-have).
