Role: Credit Product – Product Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract Duration: 6 Months [Extendable after that too]
Hybrid 3 Days onsite to Dublin Office
Description:
The role is for Product Manager who has worked in a Bank on the Loans portfolio.
Some one who understands how the loan product needs to work for instance how interest to be calculated, what letters to be triggered, what shall be the format of those letters, How moratorium needs to work etc.
The person is not required to right User Stories but if the candidate has some exposure for that would be great
Summary of role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Product Manager - Credit Product to join our lending team. We’re looking for someone who will:
Leverage experience in Corporate Lending, Corporate Loan Administration or Corporate Product Management to support credit product strategy and delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact to various stakeholders, including but not limited to Business stakeholders, Delivery squads, Design & Development teams.
Responsible for engaging with key business partners and senior stakeholders to define Business Credit requirements, ensuring solutions to address both current business needs and future demands.
Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies to drive successful credit product initiatives and strategies.
Gather and analyse statistical data from business areas to support business cases for change and drive evidence-based decisions.
Provide business and functional expertise on credit products, ensuring solutions are aligned with client expectations, industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure that the requirements are clearly defined, well understood, and properly documented in the form of Epics/User stories and signed off by all relevant stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive training material and operating manuals to guide business users on newly developed or delivered functionalities.
Collaborate with SMEs across delivery squads by providing timely and relevant inputs to ensure cross-functional alignment.
You will need to show us that:
You demonstrate strong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory and operational aspects.
You have delivered major functionalities in lending domain with major contributions in corporate lending.
You will use your experience to make informed decisions and prioritize requirements and validate them with business stakeholders.
You are a professional with strong Banking domain expertise and acumen who can connect easily with the business needs/goals and support in delivery.
Experience and Skills required –
5+ years of experience as SME in Corporate Lending.
Strong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory and operational aspects.
Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end solution delivery – from requirement gathering to implementation.
Prior experience in supporting large-scale credit transformation programmes would be advantageous.
Well versed with Agile methodologies and Ceremonies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior Banking experience in Ireland/UK markets will be an added advantage.
