We’re partnering with a top-tier financial services client on a large-scale agile transformation, inspired by the Spotify model. We’re now looking for experienced Tribe Lead/Program Manager to drive cross-functional alignment, lead multiple squads, and play a pivotal role in scaling agile across the organisation.
As a Tribe Program Manager/you will own the delivery of a strategic business domain, guiding squads to build valuable customer-centric products. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and senior stakeholders to foster a high-performing, empowered, and purpose-driven environment.
- 6 MONTH CONTRACT (initial)
- Hybrid: twice a month onsite in Dublin (european applicants welcome)

🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-squad Tribe focused on delivering strategic outcomes aligned to customer journeys.
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Tribe in partnership with product and business leadership.
- Empower and support Squad Leads / Product Owners, ensuring teams are aligned, motivated, and delivering value continuously.
- Foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and collaboration, true to the Spotify agile model.
- Own Tribe-level delivery planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement, both within the Tribe and across the broader transformation program.
- Build strong partnerships with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Proven track record as a Tribe Lead, Delivery Lead, Agile Program Manager, or similar role within a scaled agile environment.
- Has managed a similar Program from inception.
- Experience leading Spotify-style squads and tribes in a complex enterprise environment (banking, insurance or fintech).
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or Lean practices, with experience scaling agility beyond team level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional delivery across product, tech, and business units.
Skills:
- Inspirational leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Outcome-focused with strong planning, prioritisation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and change.
- Knowledge of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, Scrum@Scale).
