Project Manager (m/w/d)

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a top-tier client in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry who is looking to strengthen their Project Management Office (PMO) with a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager.

About the position:

The Project Manager will be the key liaison for managing complex, customer-oriented projects. This role is pivotal in coordinating internal workflows—from chemical development through to final shipment—ensuring smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

• Support our Project Management Organization by leading projects of interdisciplinary teams
• Create and maintain project-related documentation
• Organize project meetings with external and internal stakeholders
• Act as an interface between our international customers and internal departments
• Present project-status to the management team

Your Profile:

• Master degree in scientific or technology-orientated field (e.g. UNI/ETH, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy); Ph.D. is an advantage (experience with peptides is a plus)
• German and English (oral and written)
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office, including MS Project
• 2–5 years experience in Project Management
• Leadership skills that promote collaborative team work
• Good understanding of GMP processes is an advantage
• Highly customer oriented
