Responsibilities:

• Conduct executive-level workshops to introduce SAFe and its benefits to leadership, ensuring alignment and commitment for the agile transformation.
• Lead the delivery of Leading SAFe certification training for senior management to provide them with the skills necessary for guiding teams through agile transformations.
• Equip change agents with the knowledge and tools to implement and sustain SAFe practices within their teams.
• Provide training at all leadership levels to ensure the successful implementation of SAFe, promoting understanding and support for the transformation.
• Mentor teams to organize product development around value delivery, ensuring efficient workflows, value stream mapping, and outcome-focused development.
• Develop and oversee the creation of a comprehensive SAFe implementation plan, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and drives agile adoption across the platform.

Requirements

• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent SAFe certification.
• Proven experience implementing SAFe in large organizations, preferably within an R&D or product development environment.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and training experience, with the ability to engage and lead individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SAFe concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in driving cultural and process change in large teams.
