Are you a forward-thinking Data Science Engineer looking to harness the power of machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLMs) to unlock next-level automation for our SaaS Suite? Join our collaborative Dev Teams and take the lead on exploring, creating, and delivering a suite of intelligent services - ranging from automatic risk detection and smart data suggestions to sophisticated workflow automation driven by LLM/AI services. You’ll work with very large data sets based on product & supply chain data, unstructured document data to uncover hidden patterns and insights in helping us transform everyday processes into efficient, data-driven solutions that make a tangible impact for end-users. IB is currently redesigning and building its software tools and building a new platform to make sure that the solutions can scale up for the future demand of our clients. IB works with several external parties and is in direct contact with them with respect to planning, design and offers made to clients.

The listing
- AI/ML Model Development – Design, develop, and implement/apply machine learning models or algorithms to enhance data analytics, automation, and predictive insights.
- LLM-driven automation - Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing and new services
- Data Processing & Engineering – Work with structured and unstructured data, ensuring data integrity and efficiency in processing pipelines
- Performance Optimization – Improve the accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of applied ML models/services through continuous monitoring and iteration
- Collaboration with Developers – Work alongside software engineers to embed intelligent solutions into ImpactBuying’s SaaS platform
- Exploration of AI Trends – Stay updated with the latest AI/ML/LLM advancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations
- Support & Documentation – Provide technical support for AI/ML tools, document best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML service delivery and getting these smart solutions into operation/production
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R, with knowledge of relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or alike)
- Experience in building and deploying ML-driven services in real-world applications by working closely with developers
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning is a plus
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for handling large datasets
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices related to AI model deployment is a plus
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on meeting sprint goals.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge about AI policies and standard setting is a plus
