As we continue to grow rapidly in the blockchain and fintech space, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team and support our users while ensuring the smooth onboarding of new tokens and cryptocurrencies.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Customer Service Specialist at CoinTR, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring exceptional support across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via Zendesk, Telegram, and other communication tools.
• Logging and resolving user issues, complaints, and requests within defined SLAs, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Gathering, organizing, and escalating user feedback, suggestions, and concerns to relevant teams with clarity and professionalism.
• Assisting with backend operations such as KYC verification, withdrawal processes, and user information modifications within internal systems.
• Supporting daily operational tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams on process improvement and product development feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a crypto exchange or blockchain-related platform is highly preferred.
• Experience with backend operations, including internal system management and compliance workflows (KYC, withdrawals, etc.).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including participation in a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Fluency in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a high sense of accountability.
• Proactive approach to optimizing business processes and enhancing service quality.
