Working Hours: Working Hours, Full-time, 9 AM – 2 PM, (Sunday to Thursday]

Reporting To: Assistant HR Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management. This internship is designed to offer exposure to HR processes and policies while supporting the HR team with day-to-day activities.
Please note: This is an unpaid internship; however, based on your performance during the 3-month internship, the position may be converted into a full-time, paid opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Support documentation and filing of HR-related materials.
- Assist with employee communications and internal HR correspondence.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
