Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role, the Project Coordinator will ensure the successful completion of various infrastructure projects by coordinating planning, execution, and finalization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring effective project coordination.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment, engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring effective budget management.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, monitoring compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring clear communication.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, managing risks effectively.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in infrastructure project coordination or management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
