The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Mobile QA Engineer to enhance our mobile engineering team's efforts in delivering a high-quality, high-performing, scalable product that is built in Flutter

You will ensure world-class availability, performance, and scalability through your creativity and the best resources the company can provide. You will ensure the delivery of a high-quality, robust mobile app product by designing and implementing comprehensive automated test suites and frameworks. This role is a mix of manual & automation.

You will contribute to a seamless user experience by establishing a culture of quality through early and frequent automated testing integrations.

You will be part of a fully remote team..

What You’ll do:

• Creating and executing automated test cases and analyzing results to identify software defects
• Designing and documenting detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
• Developing and implementing QA processes, methodologies, and tools
• Manual QA testing (Visual and functional) Identify inconsistencies between App and Figma files.
• Conducting regression, sanity, usability, and functionality testing
• Demonstrating ability in increasing functional test coverage across Mobile, and API testing
• Help shape engineering culture
  
  
  

Our Stack:

• The mobile app is built on Flutter with BLoC.
• Backend: NestJS and MongoDB with Prisma, Terraform + GH Actions to deploy on AWS ECS
• Data Science: Python and MongoDB, Terraform + GH Actions to deploy on AWS Lambda
• Frontend: NextJS + sass/tailwind + gsap, with CI/CD via Vercel
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with Flutter mobile app testing / automation frameworks like Maestro or Patrol
• Creation and execution of automated test cases and analyzing results to identify software defects
• Design and document detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
• Develop and implement QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Regression, sanity, usability and functionality testing
• Proven knowledge of CI / CD pipeline
• Demonstrated ability in increasing functional test coverage (Mobile and API testing)
• Excellent coordination all of Engineering and Product teams
• You have proven experience and quantifiable achievements in usability testing, functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, manual testing, automation testing, e2e and regression testing
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English
