Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to work onsite / hybrid with a key client. You will be part of the wider PFH Technology / Ricoh family with access to very strong learning & career pathways.

Key Experience:

• Various Agile Methodologies such as Lean and Scrum.
• Disciplined Agile Delivery
• Continuous Improvement Frameworks
• Value Stream Mapping
• Collaborating with wider the Agile Leads community to support delivery and

development of function and individuals

• Organisational agile transformation and adoption
• Enabling business agility; and
• Expected to champion the adoption of Agile ways of working to the various agile teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with teams to enable business agility & organisational change
• Work with teams to support adoption of agile ways of working
• Collaborate with wider Agile Leads community to support delivery and

Qualifications

• Degree Qualified
• Scrum Master or PMP
• Agile Certifications
