HR Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Planning and organization of recruitment projects:
  • prepare vacancy profiles and advertisements;
  • address candidates on social networks;
  • conduct interviews, evaluate candidates.
  • Support in employer image branding activities and other activities to attract talents using diverse methods and channels (cooperation with schools, open doors and career days, networking etc.).
  • HR statistics, analyses, reports.
  • Support in survey preparation and analyses.
  • Recruitment platform implementation.
  • Actively contribute to HR process development and automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for IT or engineering positions.
  • Knowledge and interest in a broad spectrum of HR processes and practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient used or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in working with HR software.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English.
