Salesforce Projet Manager (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

As an IT Project Manager specialized in CRM, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and continuous optimization of our Salesforce-based CRM environment and its connected applications.

Partnering closely with the PMO team, you will play a pivotal role in the technical deployment and coordination of Salesforce-related initiatives, including:

• Collaborating with internal teams to define goals and requirements for the CRM and its connected tools
• Coordinating development, testing, and deployment activities with both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Providing user support and resolving post-deployment issues
• Ensuring CRM performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Maintaining data quality and enforcing security standards
• Drafting functional and technical specifications aligned with architectural guidelines
• Communicating effectively with business and IT teams to align tools with user needs
• Tracking progress, reporting KPIs, and ensuring project transparency
• Contributing to training materials and user documentation
• Supporting change management and ensuring service continuity

Your profile:

• You have a Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• You have at least 10 years of proven experience in IT project management, ideally in CRM-related environments
• You have solid expertise in leading projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• You have strong functional knowledge of CRM processes such as sales, lead generation, marketing, and customer lifecycle management
• You have hands-on experience with Salesforce and its ecosystem, gained through one or more previous implementations
• You are methodical in your approach and capable of managing projects within tight deadlines
• You are proactive and able to adapt quickly to new challenges and environments
• You are fluent in both English and French (mandatory)
