Are you passionate about driving innovation and delivering top-notch software solutions? We're looking for a Product Owner to join our agile team and bring our product manager's vision to life. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our development process, crafting user stories, managing product backlogs, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards for an innovative product with focus on the North American market.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product Managers: Work closely with product managers to tackle complex business challenges, help our customers to run their business efficiently and successfully.
• Document and Configure: Capture requirements for cost-effective solutions and procedures, configure system settings, and ensure user stories meet specifications.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Agile Process Expert: Be a key player in our scrum teams, actively participating in all agile activities. Facilitate key ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Showcase developed solutions to stakeholders, highlighting their value and impact.
• Deliver Feature Vision: Partner with Product Management to understand and deliver on feature vision and acceptance criteria. Become the go-to expert for your solutions and provide clarifications and resolve questions during the development process.
• Refine and plan Business Requirements: Work with internal and client-focused teams to document requirements using User Stories, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and Workflows. Prioritize and plan stories together with product management based on business impact, ensuring timely delivery.
• Take ownership of backlog: Keep track of progress with appropriate metrics and maintain team backlogs. Identify and communicate risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project flow. Ensure accountability and quality in all deliverables.
